In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phtaya1," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phtaya1 online gaming platform operated at phtaya1.co and all associated services, systems, and digital infrastructure.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the phtaya1 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account on phtaya1, linked to a verified identity, mobile number, and financial details.
• "Platform" means the phtaya1 website, mobile interface, and all gaming content accessible through phtaya1.co.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager placed using funds deposited into a phtaya1 account in Philippine Pesos.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a player's account under a promotional offer, subject to the wagering and validity conditions attached to that offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which phtaya1 confirms a player's identity, age, and payment details prior to processing withdrawals.

To register and maintain an account on phtaya1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

phtaya1 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend an account pending such verification. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the phtaya1 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) phtaya1 account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information should any details change.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your phtaya1 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phtaya1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your phtaya1 account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

phtaya1 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed, and may be required at other stages of account activity at phtaya1's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation required includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, SSS ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, BPI or BDO statement showing account holder name)

phtaya1 reserves the right to request additional documentation in cases of high-value transactions, unusual account activity, or where standard documents do not sufficiently verify identity. Until KYC is completed to phtaya1's satisfaction, withdrawals will remain on hold. Deposits will not be refunded solely on the basis of incomplete KYC.

All financial transactions on phtaya1 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phtaya1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels:

* Processing times are indicative and apply to verified accounts during normal operating hours. Times may vary during peak periods or scheduled maintenance.

All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified phtaya1 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phtaya1 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal.

phtaya1 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your financial institution or payment provider may apply their own fees, for which phtaya1 accepts no responsibility.

phtaya1 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Real-money funds will be used before bonus funds in all wagering situations unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

phtaya1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, and to revoke bonus entitlements where a player is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions.

All games available on phtaya1 are operated in accordance with published rules accessible within each game's individual help section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity into a phtaya1 account for the purposes of layering, integration, or obscuring the origin of such funds.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one phtaya1 account, whether directly or through proxies.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate platform systems.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants and coordinated betting in live games.
• Exploitation of software or system errors, including deliberate use of known bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate outcomes not sanctioned by the published game rules.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account management process.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.

phtaya1 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR's player protection guidelines. We recognize that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we maintain a comprehensive set of tools designed to help players manage their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phtaya1 account holders and may be activated at any time through the account dashboard, with no waiting period and no requirement to contact support:

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the phtaya1 platform — including but not limited to the phtaya1 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and user interface elements — are owned by or licensed to phtaya1 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtaya1 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming use. This license does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any phtaya1 content or software.

Game content accessible through phtaya1 is supplied by third-party software providers and is used under license. The relevant intellectual property rights in such game content remain vested in the respective providers.

The phtaya1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game content.

phtaya1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive, arising from:

• Service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical malfunctions of the platform or any third-party service it relies upon
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the platform
• Losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security
• Actions taken by phtaya1 in enforcement of these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension and balance withholding where permitted under these terms

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit phtaya1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phtaya1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in phtaya1's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

phtaya1 uses the personal data you provide for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

phtaya1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity
• A regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction to do so
• Death of the account holder
• The account holder's jurisdiction renders the operation of online gaming unlawful in respect of that individual

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, phtaya1 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any balance ultimately determined to be legitimately owned by the player — and not subject to forfeiture under these terms — will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time following the conclusion of any investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their phtaya1 account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within five business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

phtaya1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phtaya1 will notify registered players via email to the address registered on their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Amended Terms & Conditions will take effect fourteen (14) days after notification, except where changes are required urgently by regulatory directive or to address security vulnerabilities, in which case they may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the phtaya1 platform after the effective date of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a player and phtaya1 regarding the operation of a game, a transaction, or the application of these Terms & Conditions, the player must first contact phtaya1's support team to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. phtaya1 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in the Philippines in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Decisions rendered through arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents phtaya1 from seeking immediate injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court in cases of fraud, unauthorized access, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
